Activating your products

Upon purchase, you will receive one product key per software license. You can use this product key with your CyberLink member account to redeem subscription products or a digital copy for perpetual products. If you don’t yet have a CyberLink member account, click here to sign up for a new member account.
  1. Log in to Cyberlink Member Zone.
  2. Go to Redeem and then enter your product key.
  3. Click the Submit button to redeem your subscription or digital copy.
  4. In the Registered Products section, click Download Now to download and install CyberLink Application Manager.
  5. Open CyberLink Application Manager and sign in with your CyberLink member account.
  6. Find your subscription software in Desktop Programs and click Install to download and install your subscription product.

CyberLink subscription software and CyberLink Cloud are not transferable.

Your CyberLink Members Zone account is required to log in to CyberLink Members Zone, manage your profile, register product details, and make purchases from the CyberLink Online Store.
If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, click here and enter the e-mail address you used when registering. Your login password will be sent to that email account.

  1. The “Forgot Password” function is available only for registered members. If you don’t have an account yet, please sign up here. 
  2. If you do not receive an email, the address you entered may be incorrect or not registered. Please try again or create a new account.
  3. Some anti-spam software or mail servers may block our password notification emails. To make sure you receive them, add no-reply@member.cyberlink.com to your address book or Safe List. If you still don’t receive the email, please contact us for further assistance.
